SEO Dashboard
Navigate to SEO in the dashboard sidebar to access the full SEO toolkit. It has four tabs:
Suggestions
Analyze individual articles for SEO issues. For each article, the tool checks:
- Title length and keyword usage
- Meta description quality
- Heading structure
- Content length
- Internal linking
Each suggestion includes a score and a Preview button so you can see proposed changes before applying them.
Internal Links
AI-powered tool that finds opportunities to link between your articles. It:
- Scans all your published articles
- Identifies relevant cross-references
- Suggests link text and placement
- Shows a preview with structured link cards before applying
Internal links help both SEO and user experience by connecting related articles and helping readers discover more content.
AI Optimization
A comprehensive optimization workflow:
- Generate a plan — the AI analyzes all your articles and proposes improvements
- Review suggestions — see per-article recommendations before anything changes
- Confirm or cancel — apply the changes you approve, skip the rest
You can also set up automated optimization on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). The system runs in the background and applies improvements within safety limits.
Change History
A complete audit log of all SEO changes made through the tools. Each entry shows:
- What changed and when
- Which article was affected
- The before and after content
- An Undo button to revert any change
Automated SEO optimization runs within configured safety limits, but you should still review changes periodically through the Change History tab.
SEO in the Article Editor
When editing an article, the sidebar includes a link to the SEO tools. The SEO Advice panel analyzes your current article and returns scored suggestions you can apply directly.
