Branding Your Help Center

Make your help center look and feel like part of your brand. HelpdeskHero offers several customization options to match your company identity.

Branding Options

Navigate to Settings in your dashboard to access all branding controls.

Upload your company logo to display in the help center header. The logo appears alongside your company name on every page.

  • Recommended size: 200x50 pixels or similar horizontal format
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP

Favicon

Upload a favicon (the small icon shown in browser tabs). This helps customers identify your help center when they have multiple tabs open.

  • Recommended size: 32x32 pixels
  • Supported formats: PNG, ICO

Hero Section

The hero section is the large banner at the top of your help center home page. You can customize:

  • Title — the main heading (e.g., "How can we help?")
  • Subtitle — supporting text below the title
  • Gradient Colors — choose a start and end color for the hero background gradient

The hero section also includes a search bar that lets customers search across all your published articles instantly.

Theme

Choose between a light or dark theme for your public help center. The theme affects the background, text colors, and overall appearance of all public pages.

Website URL

Add your main website URL in Settings. When configured, a Go to Website button appears in the help center header, giving customers an easy way to navigate back to your main site.

Live Preview

Changes to branding settings take effect immediately after saving. Open your public help center in another tab to see how your changes look to customers.

Large logo files may affect page load times. Keep your logo file under 500KB for the best experience.
